Board of Directors: The function of the Board of Directors is to manage the project based on the recommendations of the Advisory Board, working groups, patrons, members, partners, sponsors, and people related to the local artistic community.
Advisory Board: The function of the Advisory Board is to maintain a continuous and critical dialogue regarding the goals and pursuits of the project. It is composed of the directors, the internal coordinators of the working groups, and invited guests—people outside the project whom we admire and whose experience we value.
Working Groups
The function of the Working Groups is to approach each of the areas that make up the project as a line of research in itself, to follow up on their development, and to accompany each internal team. Each group is composed of the internal coordinator, contributors, and invited guests—people outside the project whom we admire and whose experience we value.
Each working group organizes a periodic workshop in which individuals and collectives directly linked to each one of the areas participate.
